Hi, i’m Andrew Joseph, a highly experienced recruiter with over 19 years of experience in the Engineering and Technical recruitment field. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process, Chemical, and Manufacturing, earning me a reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable professional.

As a Director and Business Partner of Heritage PS Talent Solutions, E3 Recruitment and HSQ Recruitment, my primary focus is on identifying top talent and ensuring the perfect match between candidates and clients with specific skill requirements. I take a hands-on approach to recruitment, working closely with clients to fully understand their needs and preferences.
