About the Role
Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client.
Heritage PS Talent Solutions are thrilled to be working in partnership with an award winning and well established accountancy based business in Leicester to recruit for an experienced Accountant with experience working within the Medical industry sector, to join their Audit and Accounts department team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Accountant role:
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for a group of GP clients.
- Prepare annual accounts and tax computations for sole traders and partnerships.
- Attend client meetings as required and ensure clients are well-informed and satisfied with the work produced.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and promptly addressing any queries.
- Stay updated on technical knowledge through relevant training and events.
- Keep the Medical Sector Manager informed about work status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements of the Accountant role:
- AAT qualified or equivalent
- Experience of working in practice
- Have a good understanding of personal and partnership tax
