About the Role
Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client.
Heritage PS Talent Solutions are thrilled to be working in partnership with a award winning and well established accountancy based business in Leicester to recruit for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Corporate Tax Manager role:
- Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients.
- Management of assignments, including annual compliance processes and advisory services on various tax matters.
- Supporting and potentially leading advisory and tax planning initiatives.
- Engaging in client meetings to manage expectations and keep them informed about all work progress.
- Coordinating compliance workflow firm-wide and collaborating with Audit and Accounts managers.
- Preparing Research and Development tax claims, aiding clients in identifying eligible projects, and submitting claims to HMRC.
- Handling HMRC Compliance Checks Managing HMRC investigators.
- Collaborating with Tax Partners and the Private Client team, offering Personal Tax, IHT, Wills, and Probate services.
Requirements of the Corporate Tax Manager role:
- CTA qualified or equivalent
- Experience of working in practice
- Have a good understanding of Corporation Tax
