Heritage PS Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our successful and forward thinking Retail client in Leeds for an experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with  the Head of Ecommerce, and to head up a very successful existing Marketing team. You will have full accountability for the digital channels within the business.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:

• Drive strategic growth, development and retention across all digital marketing channels
• Nurture and retain existing customers while also driving awareness and sales with potential prospects.
• Develop & manager campaigns
• Work with external agencies to develop and manage digital media plans 
• Manage the digital marketing budget.
• Create, manage and drive the Digital Marketing strategy
• Guide and coach the Marketing team 

Experience required of the Marketing Manager:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing channels
• Experience of digital platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Magento, Bloomreach or similar. 
• Ideally have experience working within a  retail business 
• A minimum of 8 years experience within a Marketing role 
• A minimum of 5 years people management experience
