Interim Group Financial Accountant

Heritage PS Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our industry leading, well-established manufacturing client in Huddersfield for an Interim Group Financial Accountant to join their successful team and to be involved in all elements of Group reporting. This is a contract role for approximately 5-6 months and offers an immediate start.
Responsibilities of the Interim Group Financial Accountant:
- Assist with the monthly financial close and management reporting process
- Analysing subsidiaies’ P&L performance, balance sheets and cashflow movements
- Monitoring and reconciliing of all inter-company accounts
- Preparing balance sheet reconcilation for Head Office companies
- Responsible for fortnightly forecasts for the Group
- Assist with year-end statutory reporting
- Assist with audit process
- Working with SAP team on testing and development
- Provide support to the Group Finance Manager and support on ad hoc project work
Qualifications and Experience required from the Interim Group Financial Accountant:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working with multi-site companies
- Fully Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- SAP experience
- Group finance experience preferable
- Comprehensive excel skills
- Extensive Management Accountancy skills
What the Group Finance Manager will receive in return:
- Up to £55,000 DOE Basic salary pro-roated to contract
- 25 days plus stats per annum holiday
