Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our industry leading and well-established client within the Property industry to recruit for a Sales Negotiator to join their successful, fun and exciting team in Wetherby to work with customers throughout the process of sale.
This amazing opportunity will suit someone already working within the Property industry looking to further their career within an award-winning business, or someone with experience selling a high value service, looking to get into the exciting world of property / real estate.
Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:
- Follow up on any enquiries made to the business
- New lead generation
- Build professional and valuable relationships with potential customers
- Be the main point of contact throughout the process of negotiation and sale
- Remain up to date with the market, trends and industry
- Gathering information on the property to be in a position to value the property
- Book and attend appointments
- Work closely with both internal teams and external partners with the highest level of communication
Experience and Skills required of the Sales Negotiator:
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably within the property industry or a similar high value service as a sale role although transferable skills will be considered
- Experience of B2C and B2B Sales
- An excellent communicator
- Target & quality driven
- Be confident and driven
What the Sales Negotiator will receive in return:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 pa DOE
- Commission
