Quality Control Supervisor

Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client. 

We are excited to be recruiting for our well established client in the retail industry for a Quality Control Supervisor to join their  successful team within the Warehouse. Responsible for day to day management of QC Operatives, your role is integral for the smooth day to day running of the department. 

Requirements of the Quality Control  Supervisor:

• Reviewing the quality of incoming goods 
• Measuring of products
• Ongoing development of your team
• Reporting any damaged goods
• Managing return procedures
• Repairing of stock when required
• Managing department workload
• Monitoring various schedules
• Delivering weekly team meetings
• Management duties such  as reviews and appraisals
• Working closely with management throughout the business. 

Experience required of the Quality Control Supervisor:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Quality Controller within a management role. 
• A background within the fashion / retail industry
• Fantastic communication skills 
• The ability to work well under pressure
