Leicester (Hybrid)

Salary up to £35,000 PA DOE + Industry leading commission and benefits
We are searching for experienced, passionate and driven Recruitment 'go-getters' to develop and maintain long-standing and strategic relationships with new and existing clients and candidates within your sector/ division, offering a consultative recruitment solution suited to their needs. You will combine demonstrable experience of implementing the recruitment process, effectively matching suitable candidates for suitable vacancies/clients through qualification and referencing whilst also gaining a detailed understanding of the sector, further developing Heritage PS's market presence.

Duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant is to foster new and existing relationships with employers, source recruitment opportunities, attract, place and support candidates, meet targets and work in a collaborative manner with colleagues to reach personal and team targets. Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Manage vacancies from order taking to post placement
- Take brief/salary/ information and record accurate and comprehensive job description – check info/client requirements are in line with key processes and legislation
- Write and place job advertisements on job boards and on company website, promote roles with colleagues
- Source candidates through database, job boards, social media networks, events, head-hunting and referrals: Shortlist CVs in line with job requests, ensure CVs are to the highest standards and reflective of client requests.
- Managing and maintaining regular CV output to ensure fulfilment of roles in line with targets and expectation Register candidates, meet candidates face to face and conduct competency-based interviews
- Meet allocated KPI’s
- keep in regular contact with placed contractors Identify and follow up on candidate referrals, use candidate meetings or briefs to generate job leads, hiring manager details etc
- Provide detailed, relevant and timely information to candidates on clients and job briefs for contract or permanent positions
- Prepare candidates for interviews (basic logistic info, interview technique and important insights into client’s working culture and professional requirements
- Eligibility to work: checking and obtaining relevant documentation (right to work/identification GDPR) Reference checking – candidates on 2nd interview or on acceptance of offer for contractors
- Update and maintain client and candidate accurate information on database / store all required documents on Shared Drive and Update CRM following full recruitment processes
Experience required of the Recruitment Consultant:
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties.
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a high-pressure situation and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to use judgement, act independently and take initiative with broad direction, yet work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including: word processing; project management software; presentation software; email; internet and electronic document management applications
- Experience in a similar role At least 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- Solid experience in end to end recruitment and selection Proven experience in building client and candidate portfolios
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills Strong understanding of recruitment related legislation
- Drive/determination, able to meet and exceed financial targets and activity KPI’s, able to meet 100% of sales targets over the year as well as positive contributions to client relationships and colleagues
- Strong process and administration skills Practical understanding of online advertising, CRM processes and social media.
