About the Role

Heritage PS Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client. 

Due to company growth, our successful automotive client in Huddersfield are recruiting for a part time, permanent Rental & Fleet Administrator to join their team. 

Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator include:
  • Handle all Legal/compliance events on all rental fleet vehicles.
  • Responsibility for forward planning all scheduled legal events.
  • Conduct rental system activity reports for all vehicles, liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure each vehicle on the rental fleet is correctly set up on in house Rental software.
  • Process all documentation.
  • Lead on customer breakdowns, logging and deploying to relevant supplier.
  • Raising order numbers and managing each breakdown. 
  • Assist in the management of suppliers and raising of purchase order numbers.
What is required of the Fleet Administrator:
  • Knowledge and experience of vehicle rental / fleet rental is essential 
  • A strong administrative background
  • You must be a highly organised individual able to prioritise tasks
