We are thrilled to be working in partnership with an automotive business in Bedford to recruit for a Sales Executive to join their successful team.
This is an exceptional chance awaits an adept sales professional to become part of the team, contributing to delivering top-notch service to clientele while embodying the ethos of our client.
Your primary role will involve overseeing the entire customer journey, turning engagements into successful transactions encompassing vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. Our client offer comprehensive training in sales processes, FCA regulations, and compliance protocols through a Sales Orientation program and specialised manufacturer training, ensuring your expertise remains current to effectively cater to customer needs.
Main duties of the Sales Executive:
- Ensure that every customer interaction yields positive outcomes.
- Address inquiries from prospective and current customers regarding both new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Meet individual sales targets by thoroughly understanding and fulfilling customer requirements for finance and insurance products, as well as additional features.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent influx of inquiries from various channels through proactive prospecting and marketing efforts.
- Uphold specialized knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and available options, engaging in regular training updates.
- Oversee the vehicle handover process, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Comply with industry regulations governing vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
