About the Role

Heritage PS Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our well established client based in Leeds on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the main purpose of the role is to generate leads and establish new business to support business growth.
Main duties of the Telesales Executive:
- Take the initiative by contacting potential customers who have expressed interest through phone calls
- Demonstrate the capability to address customer concerns effectively
- Offer helpful product details and guidance to enable customers in making well-informed buying choices
- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored flooring solutions that cater to their specific requirements and financial limitations
- Ensure the accuracy of customer interactions and transactions by keeping comprehensive records
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to guarantee prompt processing and delivery of orders
- Nurture connections with both current and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty
Requirements of the Telesales Executive:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role
- B2C experience
- Account Management / Client Relationship experience
- Excellent communication skills
