About the Role
Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client.
We are thrilled to be working in partnership with an engineering business in Leicestershire to recruit for an experienced Automation Engineer to join their successful team.
Main duties of the Woodworking Engineer:
- Encompass the daily operations linked with woodworking equipment, such as upkeep, servicing, and problem-solving.
- Installation and configuration of new machinery
- Offering specialised guidance and assistance to clients.
- Although based mainly in Hinckley, occasional on-site assignments may be required.
- Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of woodworking machinery.
Requirements of the Woodworking Engineer:
- Comprehensive expertise and proficiency in woodworking machinery.
- Adept in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of woodworking machinery.
- Skillful in fault-finding, encompassing electrical, switchgear, pneumatics, and mechanical engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in installing and setting up woodworking machinery.
- Outstanding communication and customer service proficiency's.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic settings.
- Experience within plastics and aluminium industries is advantageous.
- Possession of pertinent technical certifications or qualifications.
